Madonna and Child Pattarino Sculpture - Vintage Italian Mary Jesus Cherubs Glazed Gilt Terracotta Figure

Impressive large Virgin Mary and Child Jesus sculpture in tin glazed and gilt earthenware designed by Eugenio Pattarino (Italy, 1885-1971). Charmingly hand painted and gilded with great attention to details depicting crowned Mary with Child Jesus holding an orb, her cape decorated with cherubs raised on cloud like base. Made in Italy circa 1960's. In very good condition with traces of wear, some paint and gilt loss in places and other details consistent to age and artisanale craftsmanship.
